Chef John began cooking at the age of five while standing on a stool in his great aunt’s kitchen. He has had the pleasure of cooking and serving guests for 35 years. His greatest joy is watching a guest take that first bite and their eyes widen and a smile spreads across their face. The chef’s formal training started with the University of Tennessee and then the Hilton training program and finally culinary school in Avignon, France. His second greatest pleasure is teaching/sharing with his culinary team to insure they become the next generation of great culinary artists.
